Penny is a 6 year old Shih Tzu weighing 16 pounds. She is happy, lovable and friendly. She was surrendered when her owner was unable to care for her due to upcoming surgery. She gets along with kids and loves people. She is mellow, adorable and affectionate. Her adoption donation is $350 which includes her spay, vaccinations, microchip.
