About Magnus

My name is Magnus, which in Latin means 'great'. Just like my name, I am a great dog who needs a great person. I've been is 3 different homes and have shown reactive aggression towards people. But I can also be the sweetest, affectionate teddy bear who enjoys belly rubs and loves to play ball. I have been to different trainers and the general opinion is that I wasn't treated very well at some point in my past and have also learned that if I don't want people to do something, I should just try and bite. A dog like me requires a lot of love and understanding and I am looking for that special human who is patient, kind and accepting - who has lots of bully or dominant breed experience and is prepared to take responsibility and commit to me. I am not suited for a home with kids, inexperienced adults or high energy dogs. I would probably do best with a loner who just likes a simple life of pottering around at home far from the madding crowd. If you think you are my person please reach out.
