About Huckabee (west)

Hi, my name is HUCKABEE - ID#A4268517. I am a neutered male, white and red Chinese Sharpei/American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Jun 04, 2019. Huckabee has one of the cutest darn smiles there is! This guy is so adorable, I am really surprised no one has noticed him yet. Huckabee is a mellow and friendly guy overall. The way to Huckabee's heart is through booty scratches. He loves a good booty scratch and will even do a little dance for you. Maybe it's because Huckabee is somewhat distracted at the shelter, and has a hard time showing himself in a 'meet and greet' span of time, that he hasn't yet been adopted. He just needs a little time to chill out and you will see what a sweetie he is. Huckabee loves to sit by you and get petted. He has a moderate energy level and loves to go on walks or run around the play yard a bit. He knows 'sit' for a treat already and would love to learn more. Huckabee didn't seem so into toys or running around all crazy. He was truly happy to just hang out near his human. Huckabee has been at the shelter over 90 days and is now at risk of euthanasia.
