About SWEET SKEETER

Adoption Fee: $400
Pointer / Lab
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Meet SKEETER, an 18-month-old, 50lb pup looking for a loving forever home! SKEETER looks like a gorgeous mix of cattle dog, lab, and pointer. He is a fun-loving pup who would do best with an active family. Looking for a running companion? SKEETER was named for his love of running--he has a blast playing chase and hide-n-seek in the backyard with his foster brother as well as early morning jogs with his guardian. SKEETER is super-smart and could excel in any canine training or performance sport like agility, obedience, rally, flyball, to name a few-what fun for the both of you! And pick up a copy of 101 Dog Tricks--SKEETER will learn every trick in the book! He's housebroken, crate and leash trained, knows several commands and is developing excellent house manners. SKEETER is all about fun and games outside, but he does have an off switch once inside. He'll lounge on his big doggie bed or in his crate enjoying a treat-filled kong, take an afternoon nap with you on the couch, or just chill by your feet while you're working at your desk or watching tv. He is a sweet, affectionate pup who has lived harmoniously with friendly dogs, older kids and cats too. He longs to be someone's personal cuddle machine. He has lots of love to give. His foster mom shares: 'SKEETER is so so loving and playful and friendly. He gets along with any creature-animal or human-that he meets. He is very sweet, playful, and affectionate with both people and dogs. He is such a special dog and any family will be so so blessed to have him!' SKEETER is neutered, heartworm negative and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. The adoption fee is $400. Visit our website WWW.LULUSRESCUE.ORG for an overview of Lulu's Rescue adoption and foster processes. Please note that training is highly recommended for all dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing. Thanks for adopting and saving a life -- you are SKEETER's hero.
