Please email Mary Lou for more info at [email protected] Hi my name is Noodle, a silly name for a silly boy! I'm a 70-pound, 3-4 year old handsome boxer mix. I'm very shy at first meeting, but once I warm up, the real me shines through. I have a goofy nature that's sure to make you laugh. I'm in a foster home now and though it's helped me relax, I do need someone who'll give me time to reach my goal of being a great all-around dog. I love long walks and appreciate lots of snuggle time. Both are important to good health! I do like to play ball but my attention span for fetch isn't very long. I enjoy playing with other dogs, but it's best I am the only fur-kid in the home. I'm a super good boy in the car, so feel free to take me everywhere you go! My perfect human will stay home a lot or take me along to work (I make a good assistant and will work for treats). I'm not fond of being alone for long as I get attached to my people. I was found as a stray and very skinny so now that I have food, please let me eat in peace. Since I don't like to share food, my foster mom says no kiddos under 12 for me. Also no cats or other small animals because the mom says they are not snacks (I don't believe her). I'm very smart and super food motivated so I will learn quickly. I would benefit from some training which is a great way for us to bond. I'm neutered, crate-trained, and have my shots, so I'm ready for adoption! We are looking for a person experienced in dog behavior. Although Noodle gets along with other dogs, he would do best in a home as the only pet. He has made great strides and on his way to being a great dog. For example, it took about six weeks in foster care to see the completely silly and awesome dog he truly is! He went from not touching a toy to now carrying his favorite one with him wherever he goes! Just imagine what more time will do for him.
