Meet Jasmine who was dumped in a shelter at age of 12 yrs old, no fault of her own. The so called owners didn't want to deal with a senior dog. As you can see by the last picture they couldn't of bothered to take care of her. She was so matted it made it hard to walk. She had to be shaved since the mats where so tight.
