About Scooter

My brother Jeff passed away recently. He has 2 wonderful fur babies that we need help finding a good home for ASAP. The dogs are in Houston, TX. Ideally we'd like them to be adopted together, as they have bonded. Scooter is a very sweet 12 year old dachshund mix. He is a bit shy and timid but loves to be petted and snuggle. My brother adopted Scooter to be a friend to his siste Chloe that we would love to see adopted with him. He has the gentlest manner of eating out of hands and loves to snuggle with people. He is very well behaved. He loves to sleep in the bed and snuggle but if that is not allowed, he has sleeps in his doggie bed. He has a crate but doesn't really use it. He is used to living inside but loves to go for walks. My brother took excellent care of his dogs. His shots are up to date.
