About Falkor

Falkor comes to us from a family whose dogs had an unwanted litter and needed help finding him a home. He is going on 10 weeks old, and weighs approx 12 pounds. One of his littermates had DNA done, and we know he is a Boxer, Staffie, Chow, Cattle Dog, German Shepherd, he is truly a Heinz 57! He is a darling, joyful and happy puppy who is doing so great in his foster home. He has been introduced to adult dogs, does well with children, and is being crate trained. He is a cuddly, loveable, smooshy kinda puppy, so get ready to be showered with love! A homecheck will be scheduled to bring the puppy to you. Our adoption event are on Sundays at My Pet Market in Chandler (2915 W. Ray Rd). You must travel to Chandler for shots, spay and neuter and training. So please keep this in mind if inquiring about puppies. As part of your adoption contract, you will be required to transport the puppy to complete his/her shots, as well as for their spay/neuter at a later date. While puppies are adorable and cute, they are a lot of work. They take time, dedication, and above all, commitment. They will require training (we give you 4 training sessions with us). The rescue strives to give you a puppy that has a good foundation for you to build upon. We are a FORCE FREE rescue. The adoption contract you will be signing specifically states that you agree to NEVER use any aversive methods nor tools like a shock, prong or choke collar. We are never sure about breed because we do not do DNA (we make our best guess), so if that is important to you, these puppies may not be the right choice for you. Please, consider everything when making a decision to adopt a puppy. As part of your adoption package, each dog/puppy will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip, and be spayed/neutered. You will need to come back to us to complete shots, spay or neuter, hw test. You will receive 6 mths of HW preventative. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food. If you live in one of the designated zip codes for Choice Pet Market, you will receive a gift card from them. Training is MANDATORY and will be scheduled at a later date and place.
