About Frankie

Hey, my name is Frankie! I am a 2-3 year-old, male, boxer mix. I am what my foster mom calls a pleaser. I just want to make everyone happy. I am around 50lbs of pure love. I am good with other dogs with proper slow introductions. I do not well with cats, because when they run I chase them! I am good with kids and any human. I know basic commands like sit and my mom says I am very smart and learn quickly. I ended up at Animal Control as a stray. My people never came for me, which should make sad, but it doesn't! You see when I was picked up I had a bad case of heartworms. My family did not take good care of me and it I had not gotten lost; the rescue would not saved me. The heartworms would have killed me. I have been treated and now I am heartworm negative. I am UTD on all vaccines, on heartworm prevention, neutered and microchipped.
