About Cleveland

Hi, my name is Cleveland (my Dad was a big Cleveland Browns fan). I was adopted by my Dad when I was a puppy, but Dad became disabled and until he got on disability we were homeless for a while. It was okay though, because we made lots of friends and slept in the back of our Jeep. When we finally got a home, we had a good life until Dad got sick with cancer and couldn't play with me so much and was gone to the hospital a lot. He recently passed away and I'm praying for another forever home. I'm not even 3 years old yet, and I'm very healthy. I'm on heartworm preventative, have been de-wormed, and have all my vaccinations. Dad's family needs me to get out of our house so I'm hoping you'll fall in love with me soon. I like toys, running, playing, attention (I LOVE everyone), kisses, treats, going for rides, walks at the park, and wading in the water. I sit for my treats and I'm learning to be calmer when I meet new people. My new family will need to promise never to put me on a chain, or put me in a small 'doggy prison', and return me to my foster mom, if I ever have to be rehomed again.
