About Phoebe

We're spreading the word about Phoebe, our foster pup, so please share to help her find the best forever family! Spayed female, 45 lbs. approx 1�%BD years old, located in Central NJ Terrier mix - looks part pittie, but we don't know where those amazing ears came from! She has a sleek, velvety brown-blue coat with a white blaze and toe tips.
