About Hazel

Hello, my name is Hazel. Just look at my gorgeous bunny ears . My owner dumped me like I was garbage at the kill shelter . I am desperately in need of a forever home , a rescue saved me from the death needle just in time . I get along with other dogs as long as they will let me be the boss ,lol . I love to play and go for walks !! I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 7/12/2019, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- loss of income. Let's get to know each other a bit more... Hi! I'm Hazel! I'm named after a small tree which is appropriate since I'm so petite. And like the tree, I will grow and become strong. I may be a wilted flower right now but my life has changed and things are scary. I think things will get better once my new family finds me. Once I set up roots, I can be friendly and sweet.
