About Ruby Grace

Hi, my name is Ruby Grace. I have been through some stuff to get where I am today, including spending very long extended periods of time confined to a crate with little to no human interaction. I am a very sweet and loving girl who is good with most people and would do well in a home that can give me time to settle in and realize what the good life can mean. I am smart and willing to learn and eager to see what tomorrow brings. I will need a high activity home that can exercise my body and mind so I don't end up destructive in my home. I would love a hiking or running buddy, maybe some training classes? Do you want a constant companion? I would love to be yours! Due to reactivity in the previous home, we will not place Ruby in a home with other pets or small children, though by working with a positive reinforcement trainer we do believe she can co-exist peacefully with them and could possibly live with them in the future. I am not being housed at BHS due to my reactivity and am instead living with an amazing foster family who is working on my basic house manners and reactivity. We will arrange a meeting for a well qualified adopter, just let us know! Ruby's adoption fee is $150 and she is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, started on heartworm prevention, and treated for internal and external parasites.
