About Sage

Sage is a beautiful little pupper. She is about 17 lbs and about 1 year old. She has spent the last 5 months pregnant and weaning puppies. She came from Texas where she was pregnant and dumped at a high kill shelter. We think she is a blend of Dachshund and Heeler. Her puppies look Terrier/Doxie. Sage is a very sweet and very lovable little girl. She likes other dogs, but not good with cats. She is kid tested and approved. Sage loves to play and sun herself out in the backyard. She is a bit shy at first, but with a treat and a belly rub, her heart is quickly won over. Moms are always a special find, they are sweet, cuddly and loves attention; and Sage is no exception. She would love to find a home that has a lot of love and wants a lot of love in return. She would make a great hiking companion. She loves all things outdoors; camping, hiking, running and visiting some of the great dog friendly eateries in Colorado. Sage's adoption fee is $325.00 - she has an appointment to be spayed, up to date on all her vaccinations and chipped.
