Courtesy Posting: X URGENT- FOUND CHOW/LAB RETR X, OWNER NEVER CAME, WAS TO BE TAKEN TO SHELTER. We were contacted by rescuers in AZ to alert us that an adorable and friendly CHOW/LABRADOR retriever looking mix who appears healthy and in good condition, was found in central Phoenix with no tags or chip. The finder already reported him to Animal Control, but his owner never showed up to reclaim him, and his stray hold is now legally up. His finder says, 'I would describe him as very loyal, very cuddly, and communicative. Traits: loves going on walks, knows to sit for treats and really good at catching treats when tossed.' The finder says he has been friendly with his smaller dogs, although should be separated at feedings. The boy appears to be potty trained. Unfortunately, the finder cannot keep him much longer. We have since involved a rescue to get him vetted and neutered and we are now trying to assist to find him a loving, permanent home. Please contact [email protected] for further info.
