My mother-in-law has recently been diagnosed with demensia. Her needs now require a nursing home, and we need to find a home for her dog. He has been with her his whole life. He is submissive with the expected Beagle hard headed nature. He thinks mostly with his stomach and nose, but will not try to steal food from you. Hammer has never lived with children, but I have no reason to believe he would not do well with them.
