FOSTER OR ADOPT Elvira. At risk and still at shelter! Stunning and terribly neglected Elvira was dumped and found wandering. This 68 pound gal was assessed as 'very friendly, good with dogs.' She is remarkably healthy, heartworm negative but skinny and also needs treatment for a flea allergy (non contagious) which we will address along with her spay, asap we have a FOSTER OR ADOPTER and can save her. We are foster-based. This is a very gentle dog. Older kids fine, mature household always welcomed.
