About Missy

Meet Missy! She is a beautiful 8 pound Chihuahua mix. Missy came to us from the local shelter where she had been brought as a stray but was never claimed. She was adopted several months ago and was very loved by her adoptive mom. Sadly her mom is battling cancer and facing an uncertain future. As hard as it was for her she felt it was best that Missy came back to us to find a new home. Missy is about a year and a half old and super cute and playful! She loves everyone! She is very affectionate and a serial snuggler when it comes to bedtime. She wants to be as close as she can be to you. Missy does great with the other dogs at the foster home and loves to play with them. She does OK with children too but has not been cat tested. We would recommend a fenced in yard since she loves to play and she needs a safe place where she can run around to her heart's content. She is housebroken. Missy is up to date on shots, spayed, heartworm negative, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. Now she just needs a new family to love her.
