About Tulip

Tulip has never met a thing she hasn't loved yet. She looks at every person the way she looks at our little human model in her pictures above and she is instantly best friends with every dog she meets! Tulip enjoys belly rubs, rolling in the grass, and puppy playtime, among everything else that comes with life. We can't help but think if she is this happy in the shelter then how happy could she be in a home of her own?? We know she can't wait for that day to come.
