About Nessie

Nessie is a high-energy, sweet and somewhat timid dog. Her favorite thing to do is chase and fetch floppy frisbees (although she hasn't grasped the concept of 'drop' yet)! We bought her from a family who couldn't care for her any longer. She had never been to the vet so we took her. She was treated for hookworm and Lyme's. Once healthy she received vaccinations and then we had her spayed. We have paperwork showing these procedures. One of my kids are allergic to Nessie (hives) which makes it difficult to play. Life circumstances are such that time has become an issue and we want her to go to a family who will love her even more than we do and have ample space for her. Included with her adoption fee is her kennel (she is kennel trained), leash and collars, grooming tools and shampoo, remaining dog food and treats. She has been trained for commands: sit, down, and working on stay. She is pretty good about not jumping on people but needs a reminder sometimes not to. She is house trained. Please note we will ask for a reference in order to adopt (current veterinarian and their phone number).
