About Chipmunk

Meet Chipmunk! Chipmunk is believed to be 2 years old Corgi Jack Russell mix weighing 17 Ib. He is good with cats and dogs of all sizes. He would do best with older children who are well mannered and pet friendly. Chipmunk is crate and house trained. A home with other playful friendly dogs is best and a physical fence is a must. Chipmunk is one of five dogs that was pulled by another rescue from Texas. They all came from a cruelty confiscation hoarding case and were considered feral reactive. Sadly Chipmunk is 1 of 3 who are heartworm positive. We are puting a plan together to get him and the others treated. Chipmunk and the others have been at the Sanctuary 3 plus month now and are coming along perfect. He enjoys playing with the other dogs and following their lead. He enjoys his daily walks, group play, and is very very very food motivated. Chipmunk is on the calmer side but still playful and active.
