Gracie is a 10 lb., (best guess mostly Havanese, maybe a bit of lhasa apso and bichon?) petite, 1-2 year old girl who enjoys walks, being brushed, crate and house trained, loves car rides, bully sticks and a quiet/calm environment. Gracie was adopted from the local Humane Society in July after being rescued from a high kill shelter. She gets along very well with my cat(she's a very gentle little girl), micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on prevention. Gracie accepted me immediately and trusts me implicitly. But, she needs to be able to choose who and when a stranger attempts to befriend her! However, although history is unknown, she displays issues of anxiety and fear in new situations/new people. She has had three 90 minute private training sessions and would do very well in a household with a single, retired woman who has the time, patience and love that Gracie so deserves! She'd love a large fenced yard (I do not have one) with a lawn and a small, gentle dog companion (I do not have one) (primary reasons for re-homing her) (and, certainly friendly cat). SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, PLEASE and more current photos will be provided at that time. Her fur has grown out since this photo.
