About Terra

Hi, my name is Terra and I will be 5 years old this November. I'm looking for a new home, the place I live now I'm not comfortable being around a toddler (2 year old). Sometimes she sneaks up on me when I'm sleeping which makes me anxious, so I wear a muzzle when I'm indoors. When I get to go out to the backyard I have lots of space to run, and don't feel trapped - the muzzle comes off and I love chasing my squeaky ball! I'm house trained, partially crate trained, and love the dog park. I love to be cuddled, and I'll show you some tricks for treats! - No toddlers please, if kids I'd prefer older who won't bother me when I'm anxious! - I am active and love to run! But when out for walks I tend to pull if you let me, so I'd prefer someone who is able to help train me more and is able to keep steady if I pull! - If you're looking for a good guard dog, I'm the one! I'm protective of my house, and I'll bark if anyone comes to the door - But when I visit other friend's houses I'm on my best behavior! My mom and dad don't get it sometimes! - I love meeting new people, but please be patient with me! I'm best when on leash and slowly introduced to guests (with the help of treats!). After that they're my best friend!
