About Frank, Adopted

Boxer
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

'Hi yall- I'm Frank! I am the sweetest boy ever- a little shy and timid at first, but baby talk to me and I will warm right up to you! I'm a stout boy weighing in at 70 lbs of pure hunky boxer. I am working on basics with my foster mom, but I'm super smart! I don't think I have taken stairs before so I got to be carried the first few encounters. Now I'm being led up the stairs with green beans (YUM) I'm catching on but can be a little stubborn if it's not my idea. I know how to sit and don't have a problem relaxing in my crate if you need me to. Of course, I'd rather be near you but won't fuss if you need me in my kennel. Oh boy do I love to nap! Catch me on my dog bed/blanket snoring away. At night I sleep on my dog bed peacefully in foster mom's bedroom. I am not very toy motivated, you can squeak them at me and I show interest, will run after toys when thrown but won't pick them up or play. In my temp foster home I made lots of friends- puppies, adult dogs, kids, adult humans, and I've really never met a stranger! Cats are whatever, not really interested, but haven't shown any aggression towards them either. I really appreciate somewhere soft and cozy to rest my head, sweet talking, love & attention. Thanks for checking out my page and hope to meet you soon! Frank is currently working on healing some calluses on his legs with antibiotics and getting neutered soon; once those clear up he can't wait to meet his potential furever home!'
