About Jagger

Poor Jagger is so frightened in the shelter environment. He was very aware of everything going on around him and became scared with sudden movements. He was breaking our hearts. We did not test him with other dogs or cats, but will try to test him at a later date. Can you help Jagger decompress from shelter life?
