Hi, my name is Annie and since I am so young, I am all puppy! I am full of life and have a lot of energy that 2 walks a day and yard playtime helps spend. I am working on my leash skills but will need help continuing my training. I love food and my puppy curiosity gets the better of me so it is best that nothing is left on your counters for now. I am trying very hard not to pick up food dropped on the floor either. I am learning some obedience like sitting and not jumping on people, sitting and waiting before being let out of my crate, and sitting and waiting for my food. I know I can master this but I need you to be patient and consistent. You see, consistency is the key since I am young and was not taught a lot before I came into rescue. I love going on car rides as well as lying next to you on the couch. I also know how to use the dog door. I am crate and almost fully house trained. I sleep in my crate so I do not get into things when my foster family is sleeping. If you are walking by a dog or person, I will bark to get their attention and I also alert you when people are walking by the house. I do not have experience with cats but thus far, have paid no attention walking by them. I am not even curious about them, so I could probably learn to live with one. I also love toys and will do anything for a treat. A fairly active family that is very patient and consistent in training and exercising a young puppy would be great. A playmate would be great too as I am so young and would learn from another dog. I may be shy at first meeting new dogs but will warm up quickly if you take your time with me.
