About Pilot

Pilot is a sweet Staffordshire Terrier mix, is about 3 years old and weighs only about 40 lbs. He is socialized and gets along well with other dogs; he's sometimes not a big fan of intact males, however he is easily redirected. 'Loud noises and quick movements scare me, so I need extra time to decompress and adjust to all family members.' He absolutely loves to snuggle and be with his humans and wants very much to please. We have learned Pilot is very loyal and wants to protect his 'people' and believe he would be better in a home without kids. He stays in his crate most nights and when his people leave the house. He would rather not stay in his crate but goes in with a treat as enticement and stays nicely, doesn't cry or bark. He is still practicing walking on a leash and with just a bit more practice he'll ace that too and be ready for lots of walks. He is active and would love a family that can give him the focus he deserves and let him enjoy all pup stuff. Pilot is currently in Surrey B.C.
