This stud's name is Chewy and he is a high-mixed german shepherd. Chewy currently lives with an older German Shepherd, but there have been issues in the home and they have been kept separated for some time. The family sought help from a trainer, but the dogs are frightened of each other and they are nervous that another incident may happen. Chewy can be a bit too forward and persistent and doesn't always pick-up on the subtle dog language of 'no'. He is fine with other dogs outside of the home and could possibly live another dog that is more submissive. Meet and greets would be necessary for any applicant that already has a dog. But he may do better as the only animal in the home so that he gets ALL THE LOVE! Chewy has a lot of energy and likes to jump on people to say hello and give kisses. He is very well trained with his commands and is food motivated. He loves to play fetch and go on walks. He also like to snuggle with you on the couch and have his belly rubbed. He has a sweet temperament, is GREAT with people and would be an ideal match for almost any active family looking to add a new member. Chewy is neutered and is up-to-date on vaccines.
