Mom was an American Staffordshire Terrier and dad was unknown. The puppies were scheduled to go to an out of state rescue however that rescue backed out at the last minute. The puppies risked being sent back to the shelter for euthanasia so we agreed to bring them here. Temperament- Piquin is a very loving, smart, energetic girl who would do amazing with a hiking, running, or biking companion. She is very eager to please, super smart, and loving. She can be protective over her loved one as well so would make a wonderful companion for someone who wants a strong companion to sleep in the room and keep watch so they feel protected. Energy Level- Pretty energetic. She would make an amazing jogging or hiking partner. Dogs/Cats- Good with most other dogs though she can be dominant so if you want a happy girl who can do good with other dogs but you just want one dog she would be perfect. Housetrained- House trained perfectly using a dog door. This girl is so beautiful, compact, and fun. She is very athletic - a little powerhouse. She would love a family to love and call her very own who she can sprawl out on the couch with. She will make someone an amazing pet as she bonds strongly and becomes an amazing protector. She would do best with older kids (she will run over smaller children in her eagerness to play and run) and adults who can spend lots of time with her. Adoption fee donation to the rescue - includes her spay, all age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, 3 yr rabies vacc, HW tested, collar and tags, training information, and all the support you need.
