***We are sorry, however, we are unable to adopt outside the Southern California area** .Meet Spooner! Spooner is a handsome dachshund mix. He was born around 2010 and weighs 15-18 lbs. He is a very docile and sweet dog that gets along with all people and animal, even cats. He was rescued by her mom in 2013. Unfortunately, in 6/2019, he suffered a spinal disc rupture and has lost the use of his hind legs. He is now getting used to getting around in his new wheelchair. Due to his mom's job, she is unable to give him the attention he now needs. He needs help going to the bathroom every 4-5 hours (3-4 times a day).
