Hi! I'm KENNY, a super sweet, 9 month old, 27 pound boxer mix looking for a new family, one that will love me forever and never forsake me. I'm a friendly, fun-loving pup despite my rough beginnings. My first family packed up the family car one day and left home, leaving me and my sister behind. So we trotted over to one of the neighbors and they took us to this scary place where there's a ton of barking and howling.... it's not a happy place. I thank DOG for Lulu's rescued us and is helping us find new homes. I'm a sweet, amiable, dog, cat and kid friendly pup who loves being part of a loving family. Here's what my awesome foster family has to say about me: 'Kenny is a happy, loving pup--playful, smart, friendly, fun-loving, and eager to please. He likes long walks and has pretty good leash skills. He's housebroken and crate trained and has pretty good house manners for his age. He quietly plays with his toys or chews a 'chew toy' for long stretches at a time. A routine of play and exercise keeps him very pleasant and calm. Upon exiting his crate, a quick trip outside to pee and play quells his post-crate exuberance. He has been very good with visiting children--gently taking treats from them and avoiding bumping into them when trotting around the room. He is curious, smart, obedient and treat motivated. He has learned sit and stay. He is generally quiet but will occasionally give a little whoof when he wants to play, or when he sees something scary on a evening walk (often just a garbage bin). He loves to fetch (and he brings item back to you), a fun game of chase, tug-of-war with a rope toy and a good gnaw on a chew. Kenny is a wonderful pup with a sweet nature and calm disposition who will make an awesome family dog.' I sound pretty awesome don't you think!
