About Scout

Scout is a well behaved well mannered boy.About ome and half years old. Scout was purchased from a breeder to become a squirrel/hunting dog. Scout showed immediate fear of guns and loud noises. We have attempted to help him get over it but our family is very active in hunting and scout has only grown more fearful. Guns, fireworks, nearly all loud noises. Scout is very loved but would be more relaxed in a home where hunting is not a hobby. He does very well inside and out, just dont leave him out alone for to long, he has a little separation anxiety. He would make a child or older person a wonderful pet. He walks very well on a leash. You stop he stops, you go he goes. We will choose his new home very carefully. Hes a wonderful boy and needs a home like ours without having to hide in fear. Comfortable around live stock, female dogs small children and older individuals. He has a unique personality, loves to sit in chairs, like a person and enjoys laying with his people in comfy warm sweaters as his breed is a slender body type. Please email with any questions.
