About Cora

Adoption Fee: $250
Australian Cattle Dog
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

This gorgeous spotted gal is Cora. She is an Australian Cattledog pup who was born in September 2018. She weighs around 35 pounds. Cora is mastering her commands. She knows sit, stay, down, and up. She is working on other commands. She is almost 100% house trained, too. Cora has been good with the people she has met so far. We haven't kid tested her and won't place her with small kids. She is a Cattledog, so an adopter needs to know how to manage standard Cattledog-people introductions. Cora lives with two other Cattledogs in her foster home. She likes to play with the younger one, who wants to play with her. She has met chickens, burros, and horses, too. She loves to play with squeaky toys and chew on beef bones. Cora is also a total water dog. She loves the kiddy pool! She would love rivers and beaches. Cora loves car rides and will be a fun dog for adventures. She was initially scared of the collar and leash but her foster is teaching her that it's a good thing. As for her prospects, she would make a great agility or competitive herding dog. Cora is still a mouthy pup. She is learning to manage her behavior. Cora loves to snuggle with her humans. She wants to please and is super smart. She loves her people and also would thrive in a home with another dog or two. Cora is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. We do not ship our dogs. She is available for a meeting and adoption in SoCal. A home visit and vet reference are required.
