About Sly

I've recently had a family member pass away. He and the dog were very close, his 'fur baby.' The dog is older, 13 I believe, and has an enlarged heart. He is skiddish. I do not personally know the dog, but my mother said he was well behaved for both her and the deceased. Hes currently with Virginia beach animal control and they will hold onto him for a few days. The dog kept going to the family member trying to wake him up. I fear for the dog's well being and him likely facing euthanasia. If there is anybody willing to provide a good home to the dog it would be greatly appreciated.
