He was underweight, had dead skin beneath the embedded collar, and horrible skin condition. He was obviously neglected. He was transferred to West Valley months later for a chance at life. He got adopted but returned days later for nipping when someone reached over the fence to pet him. And here we are now, a year later and he's on borrowed time ����. Church is one of the sweetest dogs we've ever met. He wants so badly to be loved and begs for attention. He loves affection and would roll over for rubs constantly. Church will follow you to the end of the earth, and till the end of time. Church is so eager and desperate for food that he takes treats hard, we can't blame him, he was so deprived of food before. But he can to be taught to be gentle. Church was in playgroups but he's not much of a player as he prefers to hang out with people (he's such a people dog!). He would do best with calm, mellow dogs. Church was Red Alerted yesterday and 48 hours is up. He is so deserving of a second chance and we hope for a miracle for him
