They are Rescue Only and Must Live Outside LA City (their owner's license to own dogs was revoked) Meet Chica and Listo. Some dogs are just down on their luck and things just go from bad to worse. Chica and Listo were transferred from South LA shelter to West Valley. They had gotten out of their home and injured a small dog. They are only available to rescues and must live outside LA city. This is a tall order and it makes things all that more difficult for them to get out. But we have to try. We try because we look in their eyes and we see two beautiful souls looking back at us, with hope and love in their gaze. This was Listo's first time out of the kennel and he couldn't be happier. He is such a sweet, happy boy who wants nothing but to be loved. His tail never stops wagging despite the hardship he's experienced in life. Chica is always eager to go out and she too, is a sweet affectionate girl. They're only 5 years old but their teeth are worn down and it's obviously they weren't living the best life that they deserved. We've been down this path before and we know how hard it is to find rescues to take dogs with a record and restrictions. But these two are worth a try. They are not bonded and can go separately.
