About Emmy

Poor Emmy ended up in the PA SPCA shelter May 2019 as part of a neglect/cruelty case. She was a feisty girl and we took a chance on her. Emmy was snippy when she first arrived, but now she is doing much better! Her favorite things in life are butt scratches and playing lots of fetch with a tennis ball. Emmy does require respect and space to get to know you, but once she does she is a happy girl. She walks well on a leash and is house trained. Emmy does have a heart murmur and grade 3 luxating patellas, but that doesn't stop her from playing fetch for hours. Emmy gets along well with other dogs and is the shelter reported she was in a home full of cats. This 14 pound beauty cannot go to a home with young children.
