About LUNA

URGENT! Poor LUNA is on the EUTH list - NOON deadline, 7/18 in a hi-kill city shelter. She's a great little girl, just 48lbs. She did well with polite dog intros in the shelter but may be a bit 'protective' and reactive to dogs on-leash or met in residence communal hallways. It's sad - but we think on her own - without her person alongside her - she's probably less reactive to other dogs? Super cutie alert!!! Perfect markings and adorable freckles aside, tiny LUNA is the gentlest, most affectionate pet you could imagine and she's not-so-secretly yearning for a new family to love. Luna adores humans and gives strangers the VIP treatment, approaching everyone with a wagging tail and a heart full of hope. Her notes are filled with praise like 'friendly', 'welcoming' and 'highly social' and she'd make a wonderful companion for adventures and cuddle time--the more folks to love, the better! A good little leash walker and only pulls when she sees other pups being walked outdoors. LUNA would fit into almost any home with ease. Please consider adding her to an only-dog household and keep her interaction on-leash to other dogs to a minimum. She's a great 'people-dog' - but not so much into meeting other dogs while with her person and on-leash. Please consider adopting LUNA and give her a loving Furever Home TODAY!
