About Poppy

Poppy is a precious 1.5 year old Poodle mix who is looking for her forever home. She weighs 8.5 pounds and is full grown. Poppy is a very sweet girl that will take some time to warm up. She is good with men and women but needs a home with no children under the age of 18. Poppy loves to seek out attention and follow her people wherever they go and would do best in a home where her people are home more often than not. Around the house she will follow right by your side and occasionally will go through your legs to get your attention. Poppy loves to play with toys especially stuffed squeaky toys! She prefers to be the center of attention and will need to be the only dog in the home. Poppy is not good with cats since they try to steal attention as well. She will need a home that understands she needs training. Poppy is fearful of car rides and needs to ride in a carrier for her comfort. When left home alone it would be best if she were kenneled so she doesn't get into anything she isn't supposed to. Poppy likes to keep things to herself and may need training to work on resource guarding in the home. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $260. Come to our location at 1102 W.
