Soto #A1817575 Please help Soto he is only 1 yr 7 months he has been in the shelter since last Oct. He has started to spin and climb the walls because of the tight confinement of the kennels. For this inhuman way he is being kept he could be euthanized soon. He has been successful in playgroups with other dogs. Please call to meet Soto Bonnie 818-430-5959
