Cooper is almost 4. He is a very sweet boy. He is fixed and microchipped. Up to date on shots and is house broken. He is also current on his flea/heartworm preventatives. Need to rehome asap. I am unable to afford him, my other dog and 6 cats so I have to start finding them homes. I can't even afford to do an owner surrender at the shelter because it's $70. Cooper really needs a new home asap
