About Prince; the hero

Adoption Fee: $100
American Staffordshire Terrier
Age: Adult
Sex: Female

Meet Prince!! Prince has quite the story, and has overcome tremendous hurdles to be where his is now. Alive and happy%9Dѕ%8F He was rescued February of 2013 from Bakersfield CA, after he was shot and beaten by a gang. Those who came into Princes life, he taught them a lesson in forgiveness, unconditional love, not taking things for granted, and that life is in fact full of second chances! Prince loves life, and every day is the best day of his life. He loves family life; he will lay next to his humans for hours and watch television. Even in his older years, his zest for life never stops! It's hard to believe that a dog like Prince has yet to find his forever home, but we know one is out there for him!! %8F%A0 Due to Prince experiencing such trauma in his life, it's fair to say that it's left a permanent scar on his mental health. While Prince does have episodes of anxiety attacks, it is well managed with medication. He's also gone through 6 months of professional training to help him overcome life's obstacles. He loves naps in the sun, food, and will do just about anything for a cookie! When it comes to other dogs, he can be picky on who he feels would be a great friend to him. Can you blame him for having trust issues? We can't! Prince will do well in a home with no little critters or cats, he won't be able to resist chasing them around If you, or someone you know, want to welcome the family member into your life and the home to experience unconditional love and to be a daily reminder reminder that anything is possible, Prince is the boy for you! He overcame so many obstacles and the horrific past to be the boy he is today, now it's his turn for a happily ever after %9D%A4%8F Please contact me at [email protected] or via cellular phone-916-508-9418
