This beautiful boy is a happy puppy. With Charlie, there is no shortage of affection and kisses--he is THE MOST affectionate puppy ever! He loves to play with the other pups at his foster home and is getting plenty of attention from his foster family. The kids enjoy playing with him and he is a very social boy. At 13 weeks old he weighs 12 lbs, and all he really needs now is his forever family. If you are at work all day a puppy is not the right fit for you, even with a midday break.
