Ladies & Gentleman meet Opal. She's a 13 week old Lab/Shepherd/Pit mix. Opal is full of love, loves to play & enjoys human companionship. She's great with other dogs, kids & cats. Opal is 100% potty trained, 100% crate trained & great on a leash. Opal is up for adoption through the PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation. Her adoption fee will include her distemper, bordetella, parvo, and lepto vaccines; deworming; being microchipped & being fixed. �� Fenced in yards are preferred ��s� No Apartments When adopting through our rescue, all of the animals in each applicant's home must be UTD on all of their vaccines (DHLPP & Rabies), UTD on an annual Heartworm Test, & currently on both Flea & Tick & Heartworm Prevention. We always call your vet to do a vet check on your animals. So please make sure that when you are applying that all of your current animals go to the vet listed. Also please call your vet & grant us permission to do a vet check. Since we are all volunteers we don't have the time to chase down this information. ��������HOW TO APPLY�������� 1. If the dog is posted, then we are still taking applications. If you're interested in more than one of our dogs, please list them in the order on the application. 2. Email [email protected] & ask for an application. We kindly ask that you save any questions that you have for the phone interview. 3. Place the dogs name in the subject line. 4. Once you have completed the application, please print it out, fill it out, scan it, & then email it back to [email protected]. Please no phone calls. We promise to get back to you within 3-7 days. 5. We review the applications in the order that they come in. If you've already filled out an application for our organization, please resubmit that application with the new dogs name on it. �%9D%A4Please Read #Important�%9D%A4 The PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation is a 100% Foster-Based Rescue that is ran by all Volunteers. Which means that we are not a shelter & each animal is in an actual home with a foster family. The application MUST BE filled out, a Vet Check MUST BE completed by our team, as well as a phone interview before we do a 'Meet N Greet.' Please no phone calls, no pm's, & no multiple emails- We promise to get back to you within a timely fashion. We know that you're excited to adopt, but just like yourself we all have to work too.
