About Canela

Hello my name is Canela. My rescue pulled me on my last day to live at the Harris County Animal Shelter located in Houston TX. I was an owner surrender right before the 4th of July when they were going on vacation and I wasn't sure what was going on. I sat and waited for my family to come back for me and they never did and then my last day came around. Thankfully my rescue pulled me and I arrived in NC on 7/27. I am am 3yr old and fully vetted including my spay, shots, microchip, hw test etc. I am on monthly preventatives and happy now in my foster home. I love other dogs and people but want to chase cats since I'm really not sure what they are. I am a loving laid back girl but I do like the company of another dog to play each day.
