Orsen is thriving with his foster momma! We are still getting to know this handsome fella, so far he does best with humans who are willing to go slow with him and help him feel safe! He adores other dogs and was even picked for playgroup during his time at ACCT Philly! We will be looking for an adoptive home with other dogs (he likes having a buddy!) and no kids (kids make sudden movements and loud noises that could scare him).
