Charlie is a 10 year old apple head chihuahua that weighs 7 lbs. This super sweet boy was rescued from the high kill shelter where he really didn't stand a chance of being adopted. He looks like he was highly neglected as he had patches of missing fur. He has some arthritis in his back legs but some supplements will help with that.
