About Mr. Wobbles

My name is Mr. Wobbles and life hasn't been good to me lately. My owner didn't want me and I ended up in a location that the odds of leaving alive were not good especially since I am 8 years old and had some medical issues. I got here to Patriots and was adopted in April and my new mom got sick and can't take care of me any longer so I am once again here at the shelter looking for a home. To start with I had a skin tag in my rectum area - which has been removed and I am all healed up from that. Then I had bilateral cornea ulcerations - which are now taken care of.. Then I had some bad teeth and had to have a few of them pulled. Geez - the vet and I are on a first name basis. I am a little on the chunky side (about 15 lbs.) so thus they named me Mr. Waddles. I have an umbilical hernia that I have probably had since I was young but the vet says it does not need repair. I do have cataracts which the shelter can not afford to have taken care of. Now to my good side - I like people - I am very quiet - I ride great - I am housebroken and just looking for an older person or couple to love me for the rest of my life. I don't have enough energy to keep up with little kids. I am even crate trained if you believe in those silly things. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on all of my shots, current on my flea/tick preventative and current on my heartworm preventative - so what more could I ask for - I know - a home of my very own.
