SAY HELLO TO TWINKIE! Twinkie is a beutiful little 7 year old purebred Shih Tzu girl. Weighing in at just 10 pounds, Twinkie s just such a wonderful little girl. Twinkie came to us through no fault of her own as she was surrendered because her owner was a breeder and had too many dogs to care for. Twinkie is a very quiet girl who is seeking a family that will adore her. She has been one among so many and it's finally time that she lives the life she has been waiting for and deserves. Twinkie is very polite to all she meets. She walks like a little show dog on her leash and greets everyone very nicely. She has had some house training but will need a family that will provide consistent training and gentle guidance. Twinkie gets on well with her foster mates and would enjoy the companionship of another small breed dog that is of like size, age and easy going personality. She would enjoy a home with adults or if their are kids, older than the age of 11 that have gentle hands and supervised experience with small breed dogs like Twinkie. Twinkie is a longer coated breed that will require regular brushing as well as professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks. Twinkie's adoption fee is 400.00 This fee includes her Veterinarian Wellness check while here at the rescue, her spay, all vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, de-worming, a pre-adoption professional groom and a microchip with lifetime membership. Twinkie will also have a new collar and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality grain free kibble that she has been eating. Her adoption fee also allows us the ability to put funds towards the next little one in need of rescue!
