SEVERELY FRIGHTENED GERMAN SHEPHERD NEEDS A HERO Hi, my name is JAZZ - ID#A4273074. I am a female, black German Shepherd Dog mix, and I weigh about 45 lbs. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 1 month old, and I have been at the shelter since Jun 17, 2019. Jazz is very shy and scared at the shelter. She is very sweet. She wouldn't come up front until I walked away, but then she decided she wanted to see me and got all excited. and her butt got to wiggling! She let me pet her and she knows 'sit'. She likes hotdogs a lot! Jazz is dog social, but she does get a ride to the play yard, since she is not leash trained. She will need a quiet calm patient home but should come out of her shell pretty quick. Jazz is on anxiety drugs because the shelter was causing her high anxiety. She may or may not need them after she is out. If Jazz is not adopted very soon, she will face euthanasia. We are hoping that someone with a big heart will save this sweet girl. Be a hero.
